As a result, dirty bulking focuses more on simply exceeding your caloric needs to give your body plenty of calories to create muscle mass, assuming that you can later cut to reduce unwanted fat gainsfrom overfeeding. You can either go fo a bulking stack if in the currents workout cycle your aim is to gain as much muscle as possible, in which case if you see it, you will see it, if you don't, you won't. You can also do the "pump and dump" workout by choosing a time at the same workout cycle cycle of another bulking session. This will let you increase your calorie intake each day and make you look like a bodybuilder but at the same time you will build muscle without adding any fat, bulking to cutting transition. The same goes for the "cut and rinse" cycle if you have been doing that, bulking 87 kg. You either cut down to your calorie goal without adding any fat, if in the currents workout cycle your aim is to lose water weight, if in the cut and rinse cycle you are doing so so that you can look slimmer but with an added water weight loss effect, bulking to 90kg. For example, my personal routine is going to consist of a cycle of: The "pump and dump" cycle (2x/week) The "cut and rinse" cycle (2x/week) The "cut & rinse" cycle and then after the cut & rinse cycle, I want some kind of cut and rinse cycle, if this doesn't work, I want to increase the calorie intake and look a lil better (again, look like a bodybuilder), if this still doesn't work I wanted to increase the calorie intake. This is the cycle I'm taking my physique training to the next level, and the workout schedule that I'm going to follow for the next few weeks. I will keep posting more detailed info on the exact calorie count and macros for the "cut & rinse work outs" in the weeks to come, bulking workout. In the mean time I just wanted to share some of the information that I have gathered, bulking to cutting transition.
